Refund policy

Returns

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and free of marks, make-up, deodorant or odour
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn without underwear

How to return:

  1. Email support@gymcoquette.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Post the item back to us. Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. If the item is faulty or not what you ordered, we cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund, at your choice.

Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise it, email support@gymcoquette.com. We will refund the full order value including standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Our 30-day returns policy above is offered in addition to and does not affect this right.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the estimated delivery window has passed by more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a parcel has left the warehouse, it must be handled as a return.
