Most questions are already answered here:
- Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your dispatch email. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show its first scan. See Shipping & Returns for delivery estimates.
- I want to return something. Email us your order number and we will send return instructions. You have 30 days from delivery.
- Wrong size or colour arrived? Email us within 14 days with a photo and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
- I need to change my address. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering — after that the parcel may already be packed.
